WorkplaceManagement can be secured by blocking public user access to the 'Manage Projects' form and in individual projects. These restrictions require all users to have log in credentials before they are accessible.
Restrict Manage Projects
Password protect the project management area. Users will be prompted to enter a password.

Pojects will not be visible to anyone accessing them until they log in with their username and password.
